In addition to regular product development, Plastico also provides customers more comprehensive testing project based on our experienced R&D and QC team. High self-standard allows us to provide customers more thoughtful and perfect services. Furthermore, Plastico R&D holds more than 35 patents in USA, Euro, Taiwan and China. Last, but not the least, in order to pursue Plastico products' high quality policy, start from the design, raw material qualification, production, quality control, to the delivery of products, Plastico continuously puts a lot of resources into quality control system. Before the mass production, Plastico would strictly guard on verification of products' design, reliability, compatibility, and safety requirements. Raw materials' qualification will be completed in this stage as well.

When it comes to mass production, we set up strictly quality control procedures to ensure all the products and raw materials meet Plastico high quality standard. Furthermore, to ensure the products with consistent quality, Plastico also conducts the Ongoing/Outgoing Reliability Test (ORT) irregularly to show our non-negotiable spirit of pursuing high quality.
